It’s been such a nice week, taking it easy and not worrying about HAVING to make things or be places (apart from work for 2 days).
It did take me quite a while to get used to sitting down and not actually doing anything. But, after a few days, I got quite into being lazy, or as most people call it I believe, being normal.
But of course all good things must come to an end. And it’s probably for the best. Otherwise I might never have started again!
I’ve sewn 2 samplers today for orders and have this very evening started work on something for MYSELF! Fancy!
I’ll leave you with a photo of the first of the samplers under way. Bed time now, as an emergency trip to the dentist beckons in the AM to fix the crown I broke on a fondants mouse yesterday!

Are you sure we work in the same place? I never see you there! I had my rose tinted subtitling spectacles shattered by Ainsley Harriot this week – I am now a dark and brooding presence in the office… I’m sure you’ll notice the difference if/when our paths finally cross there!

I am pretty sure it’s the same place! I’m in tomorrow. I knew Harriott would break you – I had to do a WEEK’s worth of Ready Steady Cook origination not long after I first started – I was too polite/new to protest. 5 days of that! Remind me to show you macros, it will make your life a lot easier if you haven’t seen it already!
